    In middle school Juan was severely bullied. Carrying the burdens, lessons & hardships of these past experiences he never forgot the need for youth supports and guidance. He opened R3 in 2019 alongside an amazing team.

    Benita brings a deep passion for the community and a desire to reach youth right where they are in areas that have the highest needs!

    Isabelle joins our team with incredible talent using her skills to share our Vision and Mission and expand our reach beyond our walls and city!

    Mercedes brings her passion for our programming and expertise to our 16-24 population.

    A true product of our programming, Felix connects with youth on a personal level through lived experience. His passion for Cybersecurity and tech brings insightful knowledge to our program.
