Meet Darianique.
Darianique came into our program over six months ago in an emergency situation as a 16 year old. Speaking with her mother, we learned she was being bullied at school, both physically and emotionally, WHILE pregnant.
In April we received some wonderful photos from her mother that Darianique had given birth to her daughter. Even then, she never gave up.
A few months later, she reached out to our program manager and shared the heartbreaking news that her daughter had passed away. Even then, she NEVER gave up.
Through the pain and through the tears completed her work August 2024 and graduated from our Learning Academy September 2024 with her High School Diploma.
